PRIZE WITHDRAWAL

Arcadous is currently connected with Whish Money that specializes in money transfers. Currently, only players living in Lebanon are able to withdraw money from their wallet. Support for players outside of Lebanon will be available very soon.

·         Players with $5 or more in their wallet will be able to withdraw their rewards

·         If you have less than $5, you will retain this amount in your wallet until your balance reaches $5. You will then be able to withdraw your rewards.

Go to Store -> Collect Prizes and follow the steps to withdraw your cash prizes. You will receive a confirmation SMS and an email with the Transfer Code. Don’t forget to present your personal ID along with the Transfer Code to withdraw your payment. You need to be 18+ to collect your prizes in cash.
