1) REGISTRATION

1.      SOLO SCRIM MATCHES

The first step to join a scrim is registering.

  • Players will be able to register 24 hours before the scrim starts
  • First 64 players to register will be considered as base players
  • Once 64 players are registered, players can register as reserves. Registration cap for reserves is 36 players
  • Registration to the scrim ends 30 minutes before the scrim starts 

 

2.    SQUAD/DUO SCRIM MATCHES

  • Squad members are required to register 24 hours before the scrim starts
  • Squad leader should invite players in order to complete his squad
  • An incomplete squad will not be able to check-in to the scrim and thus will not be able to participate
  • Make sure you send invitations and complete your squad
  • First 32 complete Duos or 16 complete Squads will be considered as base players
  • Once 32 duos or 16 squads players are registered, players can register as reserves. Registration cap for reserves is 18 duos or 9 squads
  • Registration to the scrim ends 30 minutes before the scrim startsRegistration to the scrim ends 30 minutes before the scrim starts

2) CHECKING IN

You will not be able to participate in the scrim match if you don’t check in three hours before it starts. Check-in period lasts for two hours and 30 minutes, thus closing 30 minutes before the scrim starts.

1.      SOLO SCRIM MATCHES

  • Base players have priority to check-in and guarantee their participation.
  • Check-in period for base players starts 2 hours before each scrim
  • Check-in period for reserve players starts 1 hour before each scrim
  • If a player fails to check-in, they will not reserve their spot in the scrim, and thus will not participate
  • Each scrim will consist of 64 players
  • Slots for reserves will be available on a first-come, first-served basis

 

2.      SQUAD/DUO SCRIM MATCHES

  • Squads/Duos cannot check-in to a scrim match unless their squad/duo is complete.
  • All squad members must check-in in order to reserve their spot in scrim, or else they will not be participating
  • If a squad/duo fails to check-in, they will not reserve their spot in the scrim, and thus will not participate
  • Base squads can check-in 2 hours before the scrim starts.
  • Check-in period for reserve players starts 1 hour before each scrim
  • Each squad scrim will consist of 16 squads. Each duos scrim will consist of 32 duos

Each player/squad must stick to their team number in each lobby. For example, Squad 3 will join slot 3 in the lobby. Optionally, you can join team voice chat 3 on Discord.

 

3) JOINING GAME LOBBY

Players should follow the timeline for each scrim. If a player is checked-in to a scrim and fails to log/join in time, they will not participate in the scrim match

  • You must join the game lobby 15 minutes before the scrim starts. 
  • The room name and password will be available on the Tournament page and will be sent to your email inbox, and your Arcadous inbox 15 minutes before the game starts.
  • You will have a duration of 10 minutes to join the game lobby
  • Game Lobby will be locked 5 minutes before the scrim starts
  • If a squad is missing from the lobby when the game starts, it will start regardless, or it will start without the missing players from the team.
  • Players are not allowed to change their assigned positions in the custom match lobby.

It is the responsibility of all players to join our Discord server in order to read important messages and announcements and to receive messages from the host in case a server restarts needs to be performed.

All scrims will be played back-to-back, so teams have to join the new match as soon as possible.
